  11. First Court is a dispute resolution organization. We help lawyers resolve legal disputes out of court, by showing how real people from the trial area respond to the case.

  12. This research project will have two parts:


    The first part will take place in person on March 29th from 5:30pm-8:00pm. We will pay you $100 cash for attending this.


    The second part is in person on March 30th from 7:30am-6:00pm. We will pay you $200 cash plus a $25 on-time bonus for attending this.


    Breakfast, Lunch, and snacks will be provided throughout the day.

  14. A. This is a private effort to resolve a real lawsuit. The parties expect our jurors to respect their confidences. You must NOT talk about or disclose any information that you learn about this case with anyone outside of First Court, ever.
